About

My mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages, sizes, shapes, and abilities in order to bring greater health, happiness, and well-being into the lives of those in my community and around the world.

I am a 2004 graduate of Peru State College with a B.S. degree in Education. I worked in education for 10 years as a school counselor, preschool teacher and substitute teacher before obtaining my trampoline rebounding certification from Jumpsport Fitness and yoga certification from Lighthouse Yoga. In addition to my online schedule, I am an adjunct instructor at Peru State College teaching yoga for college credit and I teach weekly at a local hospital and substance abuse treatment center.

My husband, Danny, is a Sociology and Criminal Justice instructor at Peru State College. We have three children ages 22, 18, and 16.

In addition to fitness instruction, I've also been a beekeeper for 10 years.
