Wednesday 9am CST ~ Intervals + Weights
This class includes several rounds of trampoline intervals as well as full body strength exercises using dumbbells. It can be modified or intensified to meet a wide range of abilities. The interval portion is 20 minutes in length and the weight portion (leg focus) is approximately 20 minutes. Complete one or both parts of the workout!
Saturday 9am CST ~ Choreography + Weights
30 minutes of challenging steady state cardio rebounding and 15-20 minutes of weighted strength exercises (arm focus). Not suitable for beginners. This is my most challenging class. Great for cardiovascular health, weight loss, building muscle and more!

Sunday 9am CST ~ Gentle Cardio + Core + Stretch
This class works for ALL levels. There is plenty of room to modify for beginners and up the intensity for advanced rebounders. It includes 30 minutes of rebounding, 10 minutes of core strength and cool down stretching.
