Class Descriptions

Here are some helpful descriptions of my pre-recorded workouts on YouTube. They are categorized by playlist. See my schedule for LIVE class descriptions. Hover over each title to go directly to the playlist on YouTube.

Lymph Love Series - Most of the women in this series suffer from some type of health condition. If you need inspiration and to see many body types represented, this is the series for you! We start slow with closed chain movement (feet stay on the mat). Super beginner! The first 6 workouts are free to the public. To access all 25 videos you need a tier two channel membership.

Senior 10 Day Challenge - This challenge was created for my private Facebook group "Rebounding for Beginners and Seniors" and then uploaded to my YouTube channel. Each video is 3-4 minutes in length and very basic. Free to the public.

Beginner Progression Program - This series starts with my grandma Helen videos and contains over 50 videos total. Great for seniors and beginners who need a very slow, basic start but also want to progress to longer bouncing durations and lifting feet from the mat. Please note: many of these are original E&O workouts from when I first started online and have little to no music. This series requires a tier two channel membership.

30 Days to 30 Minutes (30 Day Challenge) - This series takes beginners from one minute of rebounding all the way to 30 minutes of rebounding. While you could technically complete it in 30 days, feel free to take as long as you need! The first 10 videos are free to the public. The entire series requires a tier 2 channel membership.

Beginners LIVE Week - 6 days of live workouts that give you an overview of rebounding. Great to get you on your way! These workouts are free to the public. If these feel too challenging, head back to Lymph Love or the Beginner Progression Program.

Senior Balance Series - 6 videos that focus on key skills for building strength and maintaining balance as you age. Very beginner friendly. Free to the public.

Couch to 5k - 7 videos that take you from inactive to completing a 5k on the rebounder. This series was filmed in South Dakota and has lovely scenic backdrops. To access all 7 videos you need a tier two channel membership.

Rebounder Benefits Series - This series highlights some of the top benefits of rebounding including: lymphatic health, weight loss, bone health, aging, heart health, stress relief, recovery and balance. Free to the public.

3 Minute Series - 19 videos that show all the ways you can use your rebounder. Broad overview in a short amount of time. Free to the public.

5 Minute Series - This is an "intensity" series. It shows you what I consider to be the "top 10" rebounder moves and teaches you 5 modifications/intensities for each move. Free to the public.

10 Minute Series - Great beginner series for people who are already fairly active. These are free to the public.

Walk Workouts - These are a favorite on my channel. They are nearly all closed chain movement and gentle, but still offer a heck of a workout! Some are free to the public and some require a tier two channel membership.

Fun With Four - These classes feature basic choreography in four count rhythms. They range in intensity and many are free to the public.

No Talk - Intermediate/advanced/challenging workouts that are all music. There are no form cues or verbal instruction. Some are free and some are part of my tier two membership.

Bouncepalooza - Choreography fun with my gal, Jill, who lost 100lbs! Some are free to the public and some require a tier two membership.

LIVE Classes - Weekly live classes ranging in intensity. See my live schedule for class descriptions. Live classes require a tier one membership.

Walk & Talk (Care Bear Series) - 15 minute workouts with no music that feature conversation with the Earth & Owl crew. Weights and resistance bands optional. Some are free to the public and some require a tier two membership.

No Music - Music free public workouts.

Mainstream Music - Popular radio hits that range in intensity. No talking or verbal cues given. These are free to the public.

Rebounding + Weights - These workouts incorporate hand weights and/or resistance bands. Free to the public.

Menopause - Intensity focused workouts! Usually hiit or tabata themed. Some are free and some require a tier two membership.

Workouts by BPM - These workouts have a designated pace. Many videos in this playlist are 120bpm which is a little better pace for beginners. Some are free and some require a tier two membership.

10 Minute Teen - 8 videos filmed by my daughter, Lucy, and geared toward kids and teens. Free to the public.

Yoga & Myofascial Release - Stretching videos suitable for all levels. Tier one membership required.
