Class Descriptions

Here are some helpful descriptions of my pre-recorded workouts on YouTube. They are categorized by playlist. See my schedule for LIVE class descriptions. 

Lymph Love Series
- Most of the women in this series suffer from some type of health condition. If you need inspiration and to see many body types represented, this is the series for you! We start slow with closed chain movement (feet stay on the mat). Super beginner! The first 6 workouts are free to the public. To access all 25 videos you need a tier two channel membership.

Beginner Progression Program
- This series starts with my grandma Helen videos and contains over 50 videos total. Great for seniors and beginners who need a very slow, basic start but also want to progress to longer bouncing durations and lifting feet from the mat. Please note: many of these are original E&O workouts from when I first started online and have little to no music. This series requires a tier 2 channel membership.

Beginners LIVE Week
- 6 days of live workouts that give you an overview of rebounding. Great to get you on your way! These workouts are free to the public. If these feel too challenging, head back to Lymph Love or the Beginner Progression Program.

3 Minute Series
- 19 videos that show all the ways you can use your rebounder. Broad overview in a short amount of time. Free to the public.

5 Minute Series
- This is an "intensity" series. It shows you what I consider to be the "top 10" rebounder moves and teaches you 5 modifications/intensities for each move. Free to the public.

10 Minute Series
- Great beginner series for people who are already fairly active. These are free to the public.

LIVE Classes
- 4 weekly live classes ranging in intensity. See my live schedule for class descriptions. Live classes require a tier one membership.

Walk Workouts
- These are a favorite on my channel. They are nearly all closed chain movement and gentle, but still offer a heck of a workout! Some are free to the public and some require a tier two channel membership.

Fun With Four
- These classes feature basic choreography in four count rhythms. They range in intensity and many are free to the public.

No Talk
- Intermediate/advanced/challenging workouts that are all music. There are no form cues or verbal instruction. Some are free and some are part of my tier two membership.

Bouncepalooza
- Choreography fun with my gal, Jill, who lost 100lbs! Some are free to the public and some require a tier two membership.

Low Medium High
- Intensity builds throughout these workouts. The first half is beginner friendly. Excellent for seeing if you're ready to progress. These are free to the public.

No Music
- Music free public workouts.

Mainstream Music
- Popular radio hits that range in intensity. No talking or verbal cues given. These are free to the public.

Coed Rebounding
- Need some male representation? These feature my husband or dad. Great for beginners or those who feel a little uncoordinated. Free to the public.

Rebounding + Weights
- These workouts incorporate hand weights and/or resistance bands. Free to the public.

Menopause
- Intensity focused workouts! Usually hiit or tabata themed. Some are free and some require a tier two membership.

Workouts by BPM
- These workouts have a designated pace. Many videos in this playlist are 120bpm which is a little better pace for beginners. Some are free and some require a tier two membership.

Yoga & Myofascial Release
- Stretching videos suitable for all levels. Tier one membership required.
