Earth & Owl Appreciation Week Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Earth & Owl Appreciation Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Earth & Owl (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, subject to applicable laws and regulations in the entrant's jurisdiction. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
You may nominate yourself or another living person.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Earth & Owl, JumpSport, and Crossrope are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends October 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, leave a comment on any of the seven Earth & Owl YouTube videos designated as part of Appreciation Week.
In your comment, tell us who you would like to celebrate. You may nominate yourself or another living person. Your nominee may be a breast cancer survivor, someone currently undergoing treatment, a caregiver, spouse, friend, family member, or anyone who has supported you or someone you love through a breast cancer experience.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments from the same person will not result in additional entries.
No purchase, subscription, like, share, or other action is required to enter.
Entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that violate the Community Guidelines or these Official Rules may be disqualified.
Please do not include private or sensitive medical information about yourself or another person in your entry.
5. Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded:
Grand Prize — Pink “Courage” 39" JumpSport PRO Rebounder
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $449
Available for shipment only to an address in the continental United States.
Second Prize — Pink Limited Edition Crossrope Ropeless Jump Rope Set
ARV: $229
Available for international shipment, subject to applicable laws and shipping restrictions.
Third Prize — Pink Earth & Owl Shirt
ARV: $20
Available for international shipment, subject to applicable laws and shipping restrictions.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $698.
No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway Period ends, Earth & Owl will select one eligible nominee for each prize from among all eligible entries.
The Sponsor will select nominees whose entries reflect the spirit of Appreciation Week and the goal of celebrating people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
The JumpSport rebounder winner will be selected only from eligible nominees who can receive the prize at a shipping address in the continental United States.
The Crossrope and Earth & Owl shirt winners may be selected from eligible nominees worldwide, subject to applicable laws and shipping restrictions.
A nominee may be selected for only one prize.
The Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the information available through their YouTube account or other contact information provided to the Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, does not respond within 7 days, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate eligible winner.
Winners may be asked to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
8. Privacy
Information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be used only to administer the Giveaway, including contacting, verifying, and delivering prizes to winners. Sponsor will not sell entrants' personal information.
By entering, you acknowledge that your YouTube comment is publicly visible and may be viewed by others. Please do not include information you do not wish to make public.
9. YouTube
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
By entering, entrants release YouTube from any liability related to this Giveaway.
10. Prize Donors
JumpSport and Crossrope are providing prizes for this Giveaway. Earth & Owl is responsible for administering the Giveaway and selecting the winners.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or applicable law. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and applicable laws.
This Giveaway is not affiliated with or sponsored by YouTube.
