My Rebounder Recommendations

After 10 years of teaching rebounding and trying a wide variety of rebounders, these are the brands and models I feel comfortable recommending to the Earth & Owl community. There isn't one "best" rebounder for everyone. The right choice depends on your size, bounce preference, budget, available space, and how you plan to use it. I've organized my recommendations below to help you find the best fit.

Who it's for: Lighter-weight users who prefer a softer bounce

The softer bounce requires a little more effort to maintain your rhythm, making this a great choice if you're on the lighter side and enjoy a more cushioned feel.

Who it's for: Most people

This is my all-around recommendation for the majority of rebounders. It offers a responsive, versatile bounce that works well for a wide range of users and workouts.

Who it's for: Taller or long-legged users who want more room.

The bounce is very similar to the 39" PRO, but the larger jumping surface gives you extra leg room—especially nice if you're tall or have long legs.

Who it's for: Users who need a rebounder rated for more than 300 lbs.

With a 425 lb. weight limit, this is the model to consider if you need a higher-capacity rebounder. The larger jumping surface also gives you plenty of room to move.

What I Like: Springy tension, customization options

Best Fit For: Someone who wants to personalize their rebounder and bounce

My Take: A great option if customization is important to you and you're looking for a premium rebounder. Its buoyant bounce can be especially appealing for plus-size users and anyone who prefers a little more lift or finds it difficult to get airborne. In my experience, many people prefer going one tension level stronger than the recommendation on the Bellicon website.
